Properties should be sold at realistic prices, players should not be adding hundreds of thousands of dollars for no apparent reason.
When on the other side of any type of violent actions, injuries should be roleplayed fully until the next server restart. After then you can continue with any roleplay of your liking.
Poor Escalation - any type of roleplay that wasn't built up properly or given a sufficient reason to perform any type of attack can lead to punishment.
If you come across a bug or exploit on any of our services you’re required to report it. Exploiting it and using it will result in a permanent ban and it’s your obligation to report rule-breakers as well.
Do not attempt to purchase/sell weapons/drugs through the in game “Yellow Pages” application, this is very subpar and will result in punishment.
If you are admin jailed for breaking any rules with a weapon in your inventory, you will not be refunded for this weapon
3. Powergaming
Powergaming can be defined as performing acts that are not human like; forcing roleplay on others without giving them a fair chance; making up things which did not happen so that you can benefit; roleplaying things which are not possible script-wise so that you can gain an unfair advantage. Examples;

• Finding the quickest way to make money, rather than roleplaying around the mechanic.
• The use of /me and /do should be used as much as possible to help aid your scenarios.
• Driving at unrealistic speeds with no character reason over and over.

4. Deathmatching
Killing another person without a sufficient roleplay reason (deathmatching) is not allowed. Unnecessary provoking falls under this rule as well. Terrorism is strictly forbidden.
Vehicle Deathmatching (VDM) - Purposely using your vehicle to harm or kill another player. This does not mean everytime you are hit by a vehicle that it is Vehicle Deathmatching, but if it matches the description then the rule was broken.
This also includes revenge killing — when you respawn after being executed and then kill (or at least attempt to) the person who has just murdered you. Your In Character memory is wiped off everything that led up to your death when you are killed, so you should forget about your attacker. Examples;
• Attacking another player/group without any story/roleplay leading up to it.
• Attacking another player/group using a Vehicle with the intent to kill/knock them out without valid reasoning or initiation.

• Players are unable to force other players to withdraw money from an automated teller.
• Escalation is important. You must always have a valid reasoning behind robbing someone that you have in character knowledge of, your only reasoning shouldn't be you saw them standing outside of a large house. (you will face punishment for poor escalation)
• Players are unable to force another player to sell them their vehicle via script commands during a robbery.
• Players are unable to force other players to hand over assets that aren’t present in the area.
• Players may not scam vehicles or properties
• You may not kill someone during a robbery, UNLESS they bring it upon themselves.

If you happen to Character Kill, you may not make a new character and revenge kill for your deceased character.
• If you are downed and respawn at the hospital your character forgets the immediate events leading up to being downed in the current scenario. You may not respawn if you’ve been advised that police or EMS is on the way to your scene.
• You must try and contact medical help of some sort while incapacitated.
Revenge Killing - Anybody who creates a character who's not tied back into the storyline / sufficient roleplay, (three negative interactions or more) with evidence on the person/group who was involved in your death, will be considered revenge killing. Which is a Class B Consequence (under NLR)
7. Abuse of Game Physics

12. Multiple Characters(from the same player) in one gang/group)
This is not allowed. In general, try to avoid creating multiple characters involved in the same story/scenarios and could use the same information to push their goals.
• If your character end ups CK'ing in a faction and you still want to be apart of the same faction, you must start off your new character as a **RESIDENT AND/OR MEMBER** and work your way back up to Leader. This causes more roleplay and character development/storylines when it comes down to faction RP. Also creates more backdooring opportunities for the people who want to get that leadership role in the faction. In the case that such obscene roleplay is to occur, every roleplaying party must agree to continue the roleplay with Out of Character consent through local Out of Character chat.
